Anna Matthews

Libraries Unlimited, Project & Programme Manager

Project & Programme Manager at Libraries Unlimited where  she leads on strategic development and infrastructure  projects. Anna managed the setting up of Libraries Unlimited  and the associated transition of Devon County Council's  library service during 2015-16. Previous experience includes  leading on numerous capital schemes including a £3m  redevelopment of a listed building into a library, learning  centre and service for adults with learning disabilities;  service development projects to modernise and extend reach  and impact of library services; and positions with Devon  Music Service and Oxford University's Said Business School.

 

Anna has been commended for her commitment to engaging  communities in her projects. She is also a practising  composer, trustee of the Bike Shed Theatre and owner of the  online 'Diary of the Great War' project.
