The RD1st Introduction to Coaching for Leaders will focus on developing your listening/coaching skills for immediate use within your own leadership context. The training will be a mix of learning and experiential practice drawing from your experience and knowledge.
We will explore what your understanding of coaching is right now, and discuss what coaching is, and what coaching is not. We will look at the GROW coaching model, which can be a useful structure for holding productive conversations and focused meetings.
