Join us for our Small Group Conversations facilitated by Clore Leadership Associates

With thanks to funding from Creative Scotland, we are delighted to offer a series of Small Group Conversations in Autumn 2026 exclusively for cultural leaders working and living in Scotland.

If you are looking for a space to download and reflect on challenges you’re facing or opportunities for exploration, why not sign up to our Small Group Conversations? These facilitated conversations provide space for mutual support and reflection on issues, challenges and opportunities that you are facing in your work.

We are pleased to be working with experienced Clore Leadership Associate Reyahn King, who will be facilitating these sessions.

Who is it for?

Our Small Group Conversations are for leaders working for organisations or who are freelancers / self-employed in the cultural sector. You don’t need to be leading or managing teams, and we welcome all levels of experience.

The Spring & Autumn 2026 run of dates is only open to those living and working in Scotland.

How does it work?

You will be put into a group (maximum 10 in each group), and as a collective, you will have three sessions working with the same facilitator each time. The group will bring together leaders with different levels of experience working across art forms.

If you have any questions, please email courses@cloreleadership.org

A good accessible ‘human’ experience that enabled time for reflection, response and feedback.

Dates and Times

Tuesday 1 September, Tuesday 22 September and Tuesday 13 October 2026 from 10:00 – 11:30
