Target audience: Chairs, CEO’s, Senior and Executive leaders

Join Clore Leadership and the Cultural Governance Alliance for a dynamic online half‑day workshop exploring one of the most crucial relationships.

Following the recently published CEO & Chair guidance developed by Fiona Allan, Strategy & Governance Consultant, and Arts Council England, this online workshop will include a further insight to the development of the guidance, panel conversations, and guided case study discussions to explore active challenges and opportunities within the Chair & CEO relationship. Participants will take away clear, practical insights from the guidance and time to consider and explore how these could apply in their own organisations.
