Luton Skills Webinar: Leading with Confidence
Event details
- Wednesday 18th November 2026, 12.30pm - 2.30pm
- Zoom, Online
- Free
This event is part of the Luton Arts Support programme and is exclusively for people working in, or looking to work in, Luton’s cultural sector.
The changemakers and leaders of the future are adaptable, inspiring and deeply human. This free, two-hour interactive workshop is designed for anyone working in Luton’s creative and cultural sector (or who aspires to!) who wants to grow in confidence – whatever stage you’re at, and whether or not you’ve ever thought of yourself as a ‘leader.’
Through this session you’ll build self-awareness, get clearer on your values, and strengthen how you communicate, walking away with practical tools you can use straight away in how you work with others and how you show up for yourself.
What you’ll take away
By the end of the session, you’ll be able to:
- Identify the personal values that shape the way you work with and support others
- Recognise your own strengths and areas you’d like to grow
- Understand what it takes to build trust
- Use practical techniques to communicate with more confidence and authenticity
- Start developing your own, authentic voice
Who can attend?
If you are working in the creative or cultural sector in Luton, or you would like to work in Luton’s creative or cultural sector, then this event is for you.
You don’t need to already think of yourself as a ‘leader’ to sign up to this event. If you’ve ever spoken up for an idea, brought people together, made something happen, or thought about how things could be done differently, then you’re already making change.
