Leading Futures Fund

Leading Futures Fund

The Leading Futures Fund is a unique initiative that invites our community to play an integral role in shaping the future of Clore Leadership. By contributing to this fund, you will help secure the financial stability of this organisation and help us in continuing to inspire and equip cultural leaders at all stages of their careers to be agents of change.

The Leading Futures Fund will support innovative research, bold ideas, and transformative thinking that challenge the status quo and reimagines the cultural landscape, including:

  • Bursaries for Programmes: The Clore Leadership programmes play a pivotal role in developing leadership in the arts, culture, and creative sectors. These programmes are designed to cultivate individuals’ leadership capabilities through a blend of personal and professional development, providing the skills, networks, and confidence required to lead in complex cultural landscapes. The Leading Futures Fund will help to support future leaders in expanding their networks and deepening their learning through course bursaries and mentoring programmes. Any donations made in the next month will directly support course bursaries for the coming year.

  • Projects like the World of Work series: the 3-part initiative to interrogate the evolving nature of work and leadership in the cultural domain post-pandemic. Having completed the Leadership Now Assemblies and published the findings of the World of Work research, we face the challenge and opportunity of the final step: embedding full sector change. The Leading Futures Fund will allow Clore Leadership the space and financial security to prioritise addressing this next step.

  • The Clore Leadership Lab: helping to build a dynamic, conceptual space to test raw, new thinking and provocations that explore the leadership agenda, ensuring that Clore Leadership stays on the pulse of what leaders today need and how to support leaders for tomorrow.

Our Mission: Society needs great culture, and great culture needs great leaders.

All together, we can provide the security and support needed to foster the next wave of visionary, cultural leaders who will push boundaries and create lasting change.

With your donation, you propel Clore Leadership forward; your help will guarantee that our mission, continues to thrive for 21 more years to come, and beyond. Click the button below to make a donation today.

It’s been quite the journey since my Clore experience and every day I reflect back on the amazing and challenging time I had. I will be forever indebted to you and Clore for helping me believe in myself again and for opening doors to possibilities that seemed beyond my grasp.
