Organisation Commitment to Participant
Thank you for supporting your employee’s participation in the Clore Leadership Leading Systemic Change programme. Your employee will undertake a programme of intensive leadership development between January 2026 and January 2027 with an expected time commitment of between 32 and 48 hours in addition to the residential / face to face dates.
Course commitment – in detail
Participants will be expected to undertake pre course reading and task work undertaken themselves / virtually.
- January 2026 – pre course reading – virtual
- March / April 2026 – Self-reflection & collaborative learning, coaching – virtual
- Spring / Summer 2026 – Self-directed case studies & collaborative learning, Coaching, TalentSage Profiling – virtual
They will also be expected to attend the following residentials/ face to face sessions:
- Thursday 12- Friday 13 February 2026, Ashorne Hill, Leamington Spa
- Monday 27 – Wednesday 29 April 2026, Ashorne Hill, Leamington Spa
- Friday 24 July 2026, Wallacespace Clerkenwell, London
- Friday 22 January 2027, Wallacespace Clerkenwell, London
