About our Targeted Programmes

Primary tabs

Our targeted programmes offer excellent leadership learning for all career stages. Whether working with associates, contributors or partners we are responsive to the sector, empowering and equipping individuals with the tools and perspectives they need to be great leaders.

As part of these programmes, our Inclusive Leadership delivery for Arts Council England’s Transforming Leadership programme prioritises activities to address existing gaps in diversity in the leadership of culture. Examples include Brilliant Routes, Inclusive Cultures and Coaching Conversations.
