2023 Fellowship Application timeline

Our timeline for applications to the 2023 Clore Fellowship is: 

  • Applications open - Thursday 12 January 2023
  • Applicant Q&As Tuesday 24 January 2023 1.30-2.30pm & Wednesday 25 January 2023 12 – 1pm (Black, Asian and ethnically diverse applicants only, please note this session will not be recorded)
  • Applications close - Noon Thursday 23 February 2023 (late applications will not be considered)
  • Application assessment - end February – mid March 2023
  • Shortlisted applicants and unsuccessful applicants emailed with application outcome  - first week April 2023
  • Mid-April – Mid May 2023 - Fellowship interviews
  • Mid June 2023 notification to candidates of interview outcomes
Fellowship Dates

The 2023 Fellowship runs September 2023- April 2024. You should expect to commit to taking between 5-7 months to undertake the Fellowship. Each Fellowship content, shape and timeline is unique to the individual Fellow but you will be expected to attend the following mandatory whole cohort activities:

  • Residential 1: 11- 21 September 2023. Venue to be confirmed January 2023.
  • Skills Workshops: Wallace Space, London 22-24 January 2024
  • Climate Assembly: 6 February 2024 (online)
  • Residential 2: 18 – 22 March 2024. Venue to be confirmed January 2023.

Our Fellowship venues are accessible and our residential accommodation has been subject to an access audit. We liaise with individual Fellows prior to the residentials to ensure we understand your access needs and to help us plan for any neccessary adjustments or to book any access support needed. 

Residential 1 includes the middle weekend. If you wish to return home Friday night to Sunday afternoon for family commitments etc. you can do so, however you would need to cover the cost of travel.

Covid-19

Clore Leadership will continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation in the period up to the Fellowship residential dates.  Our residential planning takes into consideration how best to ensure a safe and inclusive learning space for our cohorts and staff team. and health, wellbeing and quality of experience of participants, team and contributors while on residential is paramount to us. Full details of the Covid safe guidelines in place will be provided in advance of the residential and you will be asked for your choice to attend in person, or remotely.
