Welcome to Luton Arts Support – if you’re an artist, producer or creative practitioner working in Luton, this new programme is for you!
Luton Arts Support is a new partnership bringing together Clore Leadership, Revoluton Arts, The Culture Trust Luton and Luton Arts to strengthen and connect the town’s creative community.
Whether you’re just starting to think about working in the creative or cultural sector, or you’ve been part of it for years, there are different ways you can get involved.
You don’t need to already think of yourself as a ‘leader’ to belong in this programme. If you’ve ever spoken up for an idea, brought people together, made something happen, or thought about how things could be done differently, then you’re already making change.
From September 2026, we’ve got a mix of activities for changemakers at every stage: including an open access online session for anyone curious about leading with confidence from where they are; a two-day workshop for mid-career professionals ready to dig deeper into influenced and leadership practice; and a full-day event for emerging changemakers across Luton.
