Dylan is a broadcaster, documentary maker and event producer working in London and Dublin.
Dylan is a Project Lead within BBC Strategy & Education, working on curation in the development of the 'Ideas Service'. He will also commence an appointment as Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economic's Department of Media & Communications to author a research paper on public service broadcasting principles and platforms, funded by the UK Arts, Humanities & Research Council.
Dylan is a member of the board of Project Arts Centre in Dublin, Ireland's leading centre for the presentation of contemporary art, and serves on Science Gallery Dublin's Leonardo Group of Irish and International thought leaders, as well as the newly formed Arts & Culture Committee of the London Irish Centre. In 2011 he stood as a non-party candidate for parliament in the Irish General Election. Dylan also co-hosts and produces the podcast and live event series Soundings and for five years worked with Other Voices festival in Dingle, Derry and London. He has contributed to and presented various arts, culture and entertainment shows on radio and television for Irish national broadcaster RTE, and online video content for The Guardian.
