Sharon Armstrong-Williams joined the team as Fellowship Manager in 2008, where she leads the fellowship programme. She is a graduate of the Winchester School of Art and began her career as an artist and designer before moving into arts administration and arts management.
Her career in arts management began at the Tower Arts Centre in Winchester and later the Fairfields Arts Centre in Basingstoke, where she was promoted to Acting Centre Director. She then joined the arts team at Winchester City Council leading the arts and community grants scheme. Most recently she was an associate lecturer in arts management and marketing across a range of programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate level at the University of Winchester where she also managed two theatre venues and a range of public engagement projects.
Sharon has been a Trustee of the Winnall Rock School and Dreamthinkspeak theatre company. She is also an accredited coach and NLP practitioner.
