Eve Poole

Ashridge Business School, Associate

Eve is an Associate with Ashridge Business School, and has been working with the Clore Programme since its inception. Eve's focus is on leaders, learning, emotional intelligence, and ethics.

At Ashridge, Eve has taught across the open and tailored programme portfolio, and with the public, private and voluntary sectors. She has a BA from Durham University, an MBA from Edinburgh University, and a PhD from Cambridge University, and has written two books. 

Eve’s first degree was in Theology from the University of Durham. She started her career at the Church Commissioners for England before gaining an MBA from the University of Edinburgh, for which she won the Association of MBA’s Student of the Year Award. She then worked for Deloitte Consulting, where she specialised in change management in the financial services industry. Eve is a fellow of the RSA and Chairman of the Ridley Hall Faith in Business initiative.
