Bev Morton

The Art of Possibility, Associate Facilitator, Director

Bev works with thinking and doing people, people who make things happen, leaders, creatives and entrepreneurs, change makers, risk takers and those who want to live and work 'beyond the pay packet'.

She has worked in the cultural and social sectors for over 25 years and set up The Art of Possibility in 2007.  Bev has provided leadership coaching and facilitation to over 350 cultural and social individuals and organisations.

She was a Fellow on the Clore Leadership Programme and was the founder of four companies including the award winning Bradford based arts and regeneration charity, Artworks Creative Communities. Way in the past, she worked in the infamous Hacienda and had her own a bag design company called ‘Blubber’ and even had a stint as a fashion show producer in the Manchester music scene.

Bev has worked with both the Clore programmes for over seven years as a coach, facilitator and workshop leader. She is an accredited action learning facilitator, accredited to Practitioner level in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Member of the Association for Coaching.

Her particular interests are around our contextual positioning and how we work within systems and how they impact in the outcomes we achieve. She has designed a number of programmes including ‘My Next Chapter’, ‘Leadership Inside-Out’ and an anti-bullying programme in collaboration with Jackson-Quigg Associates.

Bev is one of the core group of ‘Darers’ who have developed ‘We Dare to Care’, a UK wide movement of coaches and facilitators supporting social change makers.
