Clore Leadership invites proposals for a new one-day leadership learning programme exploring issues of authenticity and identity in the 21st century leadership of culture.

Clore Leadership has been developing and delivering valued leadership programmes for the cultural sector since its creation in 2003. The full range of our work, can be explored on our website www.cloreleadership.org
Following a review of our leadership learning profile, we seek to commission Leading with Authenticity in Contemporary Contexts as a key component of our residential leadership learning programmes and the Clore Fellowship.
The one-day session will be designed to work with a cohort of circa 24 participants, focused around learning about identity, authenticity and self-expression in cultural sector leadership.
We welcome both individual and collaborative proposals and those from individuals/teams led by or comprising Black, Asian or ethnically diverse and/ or D/deaf and disabled applicants. A copy of this content commission brief is available in other formats.

Interviews with shortlisted applicants: Week commencing 6th December 2021
Working with successful applicant to develop course content: December 2021 – February 2022 (including trial workshop with the Clore Leadership Team)
