What are Small Group Conversations?

This series of facilitated conversations will provide spaces for mutual support and reflection, helping to explore the ambitions, obstacles and opportunities you're facing in your professional life.

Who are they for?

These sessions are for leaders working for organisations or who are freelancers / self-employed in the cultural sector. You do not need to be leading or managing teams and we welcome people at any stage in their career.

For the first time, we are also holding two groups specifically for emerging leaders (those with 2 - 5 years experience in the cultural sector). Whilst those at this early stage of their career are welcome to register for any group, this space will be specifically reserved for newer leaders. We are pleased to be working with Dais Hale and Fearghus Ó Conchúir to facilitate this session.

How does it work?

You and your group (10 in each group) will have 3x hour long sessions working with the same facilitator each time, kickstarting on the date listed above.

Following the first session your group and facilitator will organise the dates yourselves for the remaining two sessions based on your collective availability.

How to book

To register your interest please complete this form, selecting which group(s) you would like to join. Once the groups are full, we'll let you know which one you were successfully placed into, and send a final booking link where you can secure your ticket. Each participant will attend 3x sessions with the same group. We will be in touch at the end of March to confirm your space. 

Maximum participants: 10 per workshop. Payment is 'Pay-What-You-Decide'. The suggested amount is £30 for all three sessions which equates to £10 per session.

Refunds on customer cancellations

We do not offer refunds and are not able to transfer bookings to other events for bookings made and subsequently cancelled by the customer.

Postponement or Cancellations By Clore Leadership 

Clore Leadership reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event if necessary. This will only be under exceptional circumstances and Clore Leadership will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible. In this instance your place will either be automatically transferred to another course or a refund will be issued.
