Elli founded youth arts organisation Culture Works East in 2009 with the aim of enabling young people to reach their full potential in all aspects of their lives. An award winning programmer and project manager with over 20 years experience Elli is a well known name in the world of youth arts. She has a reputation for creating work of the highest quality that engages the hardest-to-reach of audiences and has particular expertise developing oppportunities that inspire and support children and young people to develop skills, new interests and aspirations.

A champion of young people, she has a strong vision about deep rooted, long term change, by finding the ways and means to encourage progression so that young people can develop their growing interest in the arts, sustain their new-found skills and use them to flourish.

Her clients include the BBC, National Skills Academy for Creative and Culture, National Foundation of Youth Music, Norfolk & Norwich Festival, Artswork, Festival Republic, the Hip Hop Shakespeare Company and the British Film Institute.
