Alice Kershaw

I am the Head of Investment Services at the National Lottery Heritage Fund, responsible for the digital service design team. This is a UK wide distributed team comprising of user research, content design, product owners and developers who work in an agile iterative way. Together we aim to build a single, consistent, accessible application and grant making service for the benefit of our users. Prior to this I worked on improving the end to end grant process as Head of Business Process Review and I was previously the Casework Manager in London, and before that a Senior Grants Officer. I was Heritage Regeneration/ Development Officer for Opportunity Peterborough and Peterborough City Council, working alongside a range of local partners to catalyse heritage activity across Peterborough Unitary Authority, and House Administrator and Operations Manager at Benjamin Franklin House. I live in Leeds and enjoy running in the dales and fells around the city.
