How the Fellowship impacted me

It has allowed me to reflect on the choices I make in relation to who I work with, why and for what purpose I am working in the arts sector and brought me into contact with a remarkable group of people. I am still in the early stages of my Fellowship so I expect this reflection to become deeper and the connections I am making to become more profound.

How I am using my skills for change

I am, for the first time in my career, taking time to focus on my professional and also personal needs. I think as a disabled leader, this is an important example to set.
