Jaime Nabeta Goto
Jaime is currently Project Lead for Delfont Mackintosh Theatres and General Manager for the Sondheim Theatre. He has previously been the General Manager of the Victoria Palace, Prince of Wales and Gielgud Theatres. Inspiring and challenging teams is what motivates and drives Jaime.
The Clore Leadership gave me the confidence to apply and get the role of General Manager at the Victoria Palace Theatre, reopening the building after a 20 month refurbishment and opening the Broadway hit show Hamilton.
Using Coaching techniques I was able to understand my behaviour and feelings: self awareness.
It was important to discover and understand how my role as a General Manager could impact positively my team. Every day I have the opportunity to create an atmosphere at work were fairness, consistency and passion are shared with the team and our customers.
