How the Fellowship impacted me

The Clore Fellowship training has enabled me to reach new heights in my professional career. It has broaden my horizons, networks and most importantly giving me the confidence to lead and improve change in local government. It has given me the self awareness and belief in my abilities, my talents and above all self confidence.

How I am using my skills for change

I am directly using my learning to improve work practices I regularly use the strategy templates that I received when I was at Stanford University on a leadership programme funded by Clore.
