Ellie Collier

I have over 10 years' experience in museums, heritage and culture including working for Arnos Vale, Arts Council England, Cornwall Museums Partnership, National Trust, Salisbury Museum and English Heritage. I have create strategy, manage change, and projects and have fundraised over £10 million.

I currently run Arnos Vale Cemetery, a cultural historic venue in Bristol. We use our site to promote wellbeing, and cultural activity including theatre, dance, historic interpretation, performance and music. We are interested in the question of "What is the purpose of a historic cemetery in the 21st century?" and "what's more cultural than death". We provide a safe space to explore and discuss these questions.

I have previously worked with cultural organisations and individuals to develop appropriate structures and governance to ensure their success in the future. I worked with them to develop cross organisational strategies, including charity set up, fundraising and business planning.
