Diversifying the theatre workforce
An organisation set up to champion the voice of black and minority ethnic individuals and organisations in the arts has announced a partnership with the Society of London Theatre and UK Theatre.
The tie-up aims to diversify the theatre workforce and support black and minority ethnic people who work in the arts.
Inc Arts was set up by Amanda Parker to represent the creative, contractual and economic rights of black and minority ethnic freelancers, organisations and employees.
