In this edition you find us in the throes of change, where fresh perspectives and new horizons are the order of the day - a fitting opportunity as spring knocks on our doors to refresh our programmes and activities, starting with a clear statement of our: Vision: A society enriched by arts, culture and creativity Purpose: To cultivate excellence and innovation in the leadership of culture Values: Excellence, Inclusivity & Learning Today, we are delighted to launch and share with you our new website, along with a new brand to underpin our work and values.

We hope these resources encourage you to join our Conversations on Leadership, stimulating thought leadership and fresh ideas through debate and challenge; get to know our incredible Network of leaders and draw upon their experience and expertise to support your aspirations. Consider taking part in the widening range of Programmes we have available to support your leadership journey - those you may know, such as our prestigious Fellowship and Courses, and new priorities being developed in our Leadership Lab or with the Cultural Governance Alliance.
In taking forward these new perspectives, Clore Leadership has been fortunate to benefit from the vision and direction of a dynamic and engaged Board of Trustees whose inspiration and commitment continue to inspire the best outcomes. Our warmest thanks and appreciation to Sandy Nairne CBE who steps down this month. Sandy has deftly steered these new opportunities as Chair, Clore Leadership since 2014 and we will miss his warm and engaging presence amongst the team.
Thank you also to the great team that have worked with us to design, develop and build our new offer. It is always a team effort to achieve great outcomes but special mentions are warmly given to Interabang, Northbridge Digital, Petia Tzanova, Camille Steens, Katherine Hall and Rowena Price for rising to the challenge(s!) when we needed it most. Thank You.
As we at Clore Leadership take these steps forward, we invite you to move forward with us: explore new horizons, create fresh perspectives, and actively contribute to a society enriched by arts, culture and creativity.
