Caroline Collier OBE
Caroline Collier, is coach and consultant. She was previously Director of Partnerships and Programmes at Tate. As senior Director she was responsible for a number of departments and activities, including Tate's galleries in Liverpool and St Ives. She oversaw Tate's national and international partnerships, its Learning and Research departments, the Collection Care division and chairs Tate's Loans Committee, and its Diversity and Programme Groups.
A graduate of the University of Oxford, Caroline has over 30 years' experience of working in the visual arts, covering all aspects of museum and gallery management and development. She has worked as a writer and curator and in a range of cultural organisations in London and the regions. Before joining Tate in 2005, she was Director of Arnolfini, the contemporary arts centre in Bristol.
From 2010 to 2013 Caroline was a Board member of Arts Council England and chair of the South East Regional Arts Council.
