Bev Morton

Associate facilitator

I am an accredited coach and facilitator who has worked in the cultural and social sectors for over 30 years. I was a Fellow on the Clore Leadership Programme in 2005/6 and have worked as one of the Short Course facilitation team for over eight years in addition to working with Clore Social Leadership Programme.
I founded a number of companies including the award winning Bradford based arts charity, Artworks Creative Communities and Manchester design firm, Blubber. In 2007 I set up The Art of Possibility to support leaders and their teams and since then have provided leadership coaching and facilitation to individuals and over 350 cultural and social leaders and organisations. For the past decade I have been exploring what most effectively generates individual and organisational well-being and resilience as a means of increasing impact.
Longer contracts have included the ‘Critical Friend’ role for Cultural Spring in Sunderland and South Tyneside in addition to that of Peer Learning Facilitator for UnLtd’s Lead the Change Programme using action learning and peer learning events to generate fresh thinking in the thirteen organisations who support social entrepreneurs.
In the last three years I have developed the My Next Chapter programme which runs throughout the UK for people in transition.
