Steve O'Smotherly
Steve is a professional speaker, facilitator, mentor and coach with more than thirty years’ experience in the Cultural, Social and Private sectors.
He has a proven track record of designing and delivering highly effective learning and development workshops for clients in all of the main industry sectors and from leading organisations in the UK, Europe, The Middle East and the United States and he is a visiting speaker at Kings College London and the SAID Business School in Oxford. His clients include individuals and/or teams from the following organisations:
Age UK, Ambassador Theatre Group, Arts Council England, the BBC, Breast Cancer Now, The British Armed Forces, The Clore Cultural Leadership Programme, The Clore Social Leadership Programme, The Disability Partnership, Hilton Worldwide, The Rank Foundation, Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Royal Shakespeare Company, Royal Star & Garter Homes, the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship and Yorkshire Bank amongst others.
Steve graduated with an MBA from Henley Management College in 2001 and he qualified as a 'Certified Performance Coach' at The School of Coaching in 2004. He is recognised as an 'Approved Performance Coach' for a variety of different organisations in the Cultural and Social Sectors.
Steve has been an adviser to, and a member of, a number of leadership working parties for various UK Government departments including the Department for Work and Pensions and the Department of Culture Media and Sport.
