What we will ask you to provide
 

If your organisation's application is successful, we will ask you to provide:  

  • A copy of the organisation’s Memorandum & Articles of Association, the most recent audited accounts, management accounts for the last quarter, a business plan (if available), and any other relevant background information, to be sent to the Clore Leadership Programme at least 4 weeks before the session
  • A named person within the organisation who will liaise with the Clore Leadership Programme on practical arrangements for the day 
  • The availability of the Chair and Chief Executive for a briefing meeting with the Course Leader which should normally be held at least two weeks before the day. The meeting will last up to two hours
  • A venue for the day itself, which should include a meeting room large enough to hold all the Board members, Executive Team and up to five representatives from the Clore Leadership Programme, plus two smaller spaces for break-out sessions. We strongly recommend the venue is at a different location from the organisation’s office or the place where Board meetings are normally held. The organisation will be responsible for booking the venue, liaison on practical arrangements and for meeting any costs, including rental charges and the provision/hire of any equipment required (e.g. flip charts, data projector etc)
  • Ensuring the presence of all Board members and Executive staff on the day
  • Refreshments for all those present on the day, which should include hot drinks, water and a light lunch (to which we will make a financial contribution)
