| With
the Fellowship Programme now in its fourth year, the Strategy Board
of the Clore Leadership Programme decided to commission an
independent Evaluation Report, to look at the effectiveness,
efficiency, and impact of the Fellowship Programme to date, and
especially to look at its effect both on the Fellows themselves and
the wider cultural sector.
The Report was prepared by Phyllida
Shaw and Lee Corner, who conducted a large number of interviews,
made visits, consulted stakeholders, and put together a very full
analysis of the Programme’s record and impact. We are very grateful
to Phyllida and Lee for their tireless work on this, and we are now
able to publish the Summary of the Evaluation Report, together with
a note of actions put in place arising from it.
